Vivo officially announced the new Vivo X60 series will be released on December 29. The Vivo X60 series use the second-generation Zeiss optical lens. It will be the first smartphone to use the Exynos 1080 5nm chip and OriginOS system. A recent pre-heating video shows some of the capabilities of this phone. The official video from Vivo also reiterates the launch date for this series.
After a few weeks of revealing on the rear of the Vivo X60 series, a new leak shows the front of this device. This series comes with a center punch-hole camera design. While the X60 will use a straight screen, the X60 Pro and X60 Pro+ use curved screens. Also, the Vivo X60 series will use a 6.56-inch Samsung E3 OLED display. This screen will also support 1080P+ resolution as well as a 120Hz refresh rate. The Vivo X60 is currently available on Vivo mall, JD mall, Tmall mall, and other platforms. The model number of this smartphone is V2046A. However, the price and other information are not available for now.
According to the official landing page, the appointment will stop at 19:00 on December 29. There are expectations that the official pre-sale will commence on the same day. Judging from the product interface information, this phone will have three colour options. There will be blue-violet gradient, light yellow gradient, and pure black. In addition, the device will also have 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB storage versions. These will be for the basic Vivo X60. The Vivo mall provides the Vivo X60 Professional Edition (12+256GB).

Vivo X60 series real image leak
From the leaks so far, we can see the premium appearance of this device. Fortunately, the images give us a view of the front of this device for the first time. The bezels are pretty thin on all sides except the bottom. Samsung’s new generation Exynos 1080 SoC adopts a 5nm process. It comes with one ARM Cortex-A78 super core up to 2.8GHz, three high-performance 2.6GHz Cortex-A78 large cores, and four efficient 2.0GHz Cortex -A55 small core. In terms of GPU, it uses the 10-core Mali-G78 GPU.
On the official teaser, you can see the details of the camera behind the X60 series. A micro-head camera, two parallel camera lenses, and a ToF camera lens. There is also information above showing ZEISS Vario-Tessar 1.48-3.4/16-125 ASPH. This device will also use a Samsung single punch-hole screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
It is worth mentioning that the Vivo X60 Pro+ will also be equipped with the Snapdragon 888 chip (Xiaomi Mi 11 will launch the Snapdragon 888 on the 28th).
