Ross Young, founder of research companies Display Supply Chain Consultants and DisplaySearch, has released information on Samsung’s upcoming flagship smartphone that will feature a foldable screen.
We are talking about a model called Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, which will have a number of differences from the Galaxy Z Fold 2 shown in the photo in this post. The source claims that both screens of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be slightly smaller than their predecessor.
Why will this be done? To provide storage space for the S Pen inside the case. Samsung has already confirmed that the stylus will no longer be an exclusive accessory for the Galaxy Note line. Support for it is expected to be added to the Galaxy S21 Ultra, however, the smartphone will lack storage space for the S Pen. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 will have such a slot.
