It’s worth mentioning that, according to Samsung’s convention with an ‘F’ at the end of the model, this will be an international model that does not support 5G networks. As a reminder, Samsung’s 5G equipment uses ‘B’ at the end of the model.

Considering that the last SoC that does not support 5G is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+, there is every reason to think this handset will be powered by it. Also, this SoC appeared on the original Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. In this regard, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 may also be just an optimized version of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip.

If the situation is in line with expectations, the machine will be released as one of Samsung’s folding models this year, and the price is expected to not exceed $1,000.

Earlier, Korean media has reported that Samsung will launch 4 foldable phones in the second half of next year, including two Galaxy Z Fold 3 and two Galaxy Z Flip 2.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Features

Anyways, a month ago, we were informed about the features of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3. The latter should feature a 6.9-inch screen with narrower bezels and a smaller camera opening. It will also support a 120Hz refresh rate. As a reminder, the first Galaxy Z Flip has a 60Hz 6.7-inch screen.

We also expect that the external screen will increase. So its diagonal will increase from 2.2 to 3.3 inches. Its external screen will be smaller than that of the Motorola Razr (2.7 inches).

The phone will feature a new ultra-thin glass (UTG). This will enhance the durability of the smartphone. The battery capacity will be 3900mAh, while the original model has a 3300mAh capacity battery.
