Samsung Galaxy A52 5G receives Bluetooth and Wi-Fi certification

Galaxy A52 5G

Back in last year, Samsung Galaxy A51 and A71 were among the first mid-range phones released by Samsung. The Galaxy A51 also was one of the best-selling smartphones in that year and it’s not a surprise to see Samsung running to release the new 2021 contender. The Galaxy A52 5G will come soon to continue this successful line of smartphones. The device has just passed by Wi-Fi Alliance and Bluetooth SIG. With these milestones, we believe that the device’s launch is imminent.

Unfortunately, these two certifications don’t reveal much about the device’s specifications. But still, they serve to confirm the device’s dual-band Wi-Fi capabilities and Bluetooth 5.0 technology. The devices in the certifications are the SM-A526B and its dual-SIM variant and the SM-A526N that will be the Korean variant. Worth noting that Samsung is preparing a Galaxy A52 5G and a 4G variant. The biggest difference certainly will be the chipset. The new variant should stick with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G whereas the 4G model will pack the Snapdragon 720G. The listing also confirms that the device will come with Android 11 straight out of the box. The question now is whether will it come with One UI 3.0 or One UI 3.1 running on top?

The Galaxy A52 5G will come with a 6.5-inch display and 15W charging

Not long ago, the device passed by China’s 3C certification revealing key information about its charging capabilities. The phone will have just 15W charging which seems to be a standard for Samsung’s mid-range phones. Thanks to a set of leaked renders, we know that the Galaxy A52 5G will pack a Prism-like finish at the back panel. The handset will also introduce a new Teal colorway. The handset will feature a Quad-Camera setup and we’re expecting a sensor with at least 48MP resolution, however, 64MP certainly seems like a more appealing choice.
