According to Chinese sources, the first flagship smartphone which will support the 200W fast-charging system will be released very soon. It could be the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro smartphone.

As the source notes, just a couple of years ago smartphones with fast charging were equipped with 30-watt power supplies. There are already smartphones on the market with support for 120-watt charging, but this is far from the limit.

It’s worth noting that the 200W fast-charging system cover the combined power of wired, wireless, and reversible wireless charging. The previously released Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra smartphone supports 120W wired, 55W wireless, and 10W reverse wireless charging. This is 185 watts in total.

Presumably, we expect the upcoming flagship smartphone to be the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro, the total power of the fast charging system of which will be 200 W.

The presentation of the smartphone is expected in February.
