Realme will hold a new product launch conference on March 4. At this event, it will officially release the first Snapdragon 888 flagship – Realme GT.
This morning, Xu Qi, vice president of Realme, once again promoted the new machine. He also mentioned the price of the Realme GT for the first time. He hinted that the price of this phone can refer to the previous generation product Realme X50 Pro.
The Realme X50 Pro was out last year coming with a Snapdragon 865 flagship phone. It came with the toppest hardware configuration at that time. The starting price was 3599 yuan (8GB + 128GB). So the Realme GT is also expected to inherit the price tag, and cost around $558.
In addition, Xu Qi also revealed that in order to create the ultimate performance, the Realme GT come with the Qualcomm’s strongest processor Snapdragon 888 as standard. Thus, it won’t bring a Snapdragon 870 variant like rivals.

Of course, memory and storage are also very important for performance. The Realme GT will also come with a full-blood version of LPDDR5 and UFS3.1 as standard, bringing a smooth and fast performance experience.
In order to exert the extreme performance of Snapdragon 888, the Realme GT also specially developed a new generation of heat dissipation technology – 3D tempered liquid cooling system. It comes with a double optimization in both material and structure. So now it can cover 100% of the core heat source.
Apart from the best performance, the Realme GT will also have a unique look. The official recently announced the Special Edition design, which uses the industry’s first plain leather stitching process. It took 9 months to develop a new craftsmanship that ensures the delicate texture and soft feel of the plain leather.
It is worth mentioning that the Realme GT will also have an Ultra variant. The machine will be upgraded to 125W fast charge and super high screen refresh configuration on the basis of the standard version. The screen resolution will be 3200*1400 pixels, while the refresh rate will reach 160Hz.
However, the Ultra variant may not come at this event.
