But the thing is that almost all popular social platforms recognize it as a serious competitors and have already launched (or still working on) their own version of Clubhouse. Say, TikTok is preparing a competitor of the Clubhouse application. This information comes from a quite reliable source, Reuters. According to Alessandro Paluzzi, a very well-known tipster, Facebook is working on a Clubhouse clone for its Instagram app. Telegramās Voice Chat 2.0 is another alternative to Clubhouse. And itās been around since December 2020.
More interestingly, just after a couple of weeks of quitting the Mi Talk service, Lei Jun said that they are going to launch another interactive app in 2021. Immediately after this, the Xiaomi Mi Talk team issued a statement: āMi Talk, start againā. The messenger went live again, and we saw it in a new form. Actually, it is a voice chat targeted at professionals. In other words, we are dealing with another competitor to Clubhouse.
At the end of last month, Clubhouse announced that it will start working on the Android version of Clubhouse. However, it did not disclose any time frame for the release. Now, we see that there is every reason to think it will be available in Google Play Store as soon as next month.
