Well, the company has now announced a new service dubbed Pick n Drop in India. It is a pick-up-and-drop service for smartphone and tablet repairs in the country.
Samsung now offers a pick-n-drop repair facility in India!
The South Korean giant is offering this new repair service across 46 cities across India. Customers residing in these cities can request the brand to pick up their Galaxy smartphones and tablets for repairs. Once the repair is done, the company will also drop the devices at the address. It’s a pretty solid move from Samsung allowing customers to enjoy repairs at the comfort of home. You can find the list of available cities by visiting the official webpage.

Of course, all the repairs will be done over at the company’s authorized centers. Samsung has also announced that it will follow all the COVID-19-related safety and hygiene protocols. It is worth noting that this new service isn’t free so you’ll have to shell out a couple of bucks to avail it. For pickups, Samsung will charge you INR 199 (i.e. $2.5) for this service. You can also avail of a drop-only service at INR 99 (i.e $1.35).
Customers will also get options to pay through various digital payment methods. For those who were always unable to visit the nearest customer service center for any reason, this new Samsung Pick-n-Drop service could be a welcome addition.

Apart from the Pick-n-Drop service, Samsung is also offering 24×7 online support over WhatsApp. For this, you can go ahead and use 1800-5-7267864 as the contact number. Using this WhatsApp support, customers can register for the service, seek technical support, get information about various things, and of course, installation of Samsung products.
Earlier, Samsung was offering contactless support via Remote Support as well. Using this app, service executives can diagnose smartphones and TVs and offer instant resolutions. Alternatively, you can also use the Samsung Members app for various things such as live chat, tracking service requests, remote support, and what not!
