Apple recently released a new version of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini. The company released a purple colour option for these smartphones. The purple iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini will start pre-orders on April 23 and will officially be on sale on April 30. According to Apple, the purple version comes with iOS 14.5. This means that they support using Apple Watch to unlock the iPhone while wearing a mask.
This new color beautifully highlights the flat aluminum frame of the iPhone 12, which matches perfectly with the precision ground back glass. Both models use an advanced dual-camera system that provides powerful computational photography capabilities and the highest quality video in smartphones.
They also come with OLED’s full edge-to-edge Super Retina XDR display to provide brighter and more immersive viewing. The display experience as well as the ceramic shield front cover, provides the greatest durability ever on the iPhone. Apple’s A14 Bionic chip – the fastest chip in a smartphone – powers every experience on the iPhone 12 while effectively managing battery life.

These devices also come with a new interface of the Apple Podcast App and add a “search” tab as well as a new emoji. In addition, Siri will no longer provide a default voice, and there are a variety of voice options in the English language to choose from.
Apple pointed out that this software update relies on the release of iOS 14. The main update is the redesign of the home screen, with exquisite widgets and the App resource library.
