Realme X7 Max 5G to soon launch in India along with a new Realme TV

Realme GT Neo

While we already know that Realme is hosting its AIOT Grand Launch Season 3 in Malaysia at the end of this month, an Indian-focussed launch event came as a surprise. Realme appears to be working on a new smartphone dubbed Realme X7 Max 5G that will soon see its official unveiling in India. In fact, the launch would happen next week in a digital manner considering the ongoing pandemic. Apart from the device, it looks like the Chinese company will also bring its new smart television to the market.

Realme X7 Max 5G to see its official unveiling on May 4

This is not the first time we’re hearing about this new Realme X7 Max 5G smartphone from the brand. In fact, the company hinted toward it back when it announced Realme 8 5G. Well, Realme is now holding a new event next week i.e. on May 4 in India. The company will reveal the X7 Max smartphone along with a new Realme TV. The CEO of the company itself talked about the event in the latest #AskMadhav YouTube episode.

With this new coming event, Realme will be celebrating its 3-year anniversary. Yes! it’s been three complete years since Realme entered the market by offering devices as a good alternative to the Redmi smartphones. From smartphones to IoT, the Chinese smartphone maker has really diversified itself quite rapidly. Not only this, it has managed to carve out a niche for itself in this aggressive Indian smartphone space.

Gizchina News of the week

Back to the smartphone, Realme X7 Max 5G is expected to arrive with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset under the hood. If that’s the case, then it will be the country’s first smartphone packing this processor. It is worth noting that Realme X7 Max could very well be a rebranded Realme GT Neo for the Indian market. If that’s the case, then we already know what to expect from the device.

  • 6.43-inch Super AMOLED panel, FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate
  • MediaTek Dimensity 1200 5G chipset, up to 12GB RAM, 256GB built-in storage
  • 4,500mAh battery, 50W fast charging support
  • Triple rear camera, 64MP+8MP+2MP
  • Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0

More products but for another day!
