Realme X7 Pro enter Realme UI 2.0 early access program

Realme X7 Pro

Realme is running against the time to bring Android 11 for its smartphones. After all, in a couple of months, Android 12 will become a reality and, then, the company will have to shift its priority to the latest Android version. The company is making good progress in recent days. Last week, it included the Realme X3 and X3 SuperZoom in the beta program. Yesterday, it was time for the Realme X2 to join the open beta program. Now, the Realme X7 Pro is entering the early access phase of Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0.

As you might know, the new update is based on Android 11. Therefore it includes all the goodies such as Chat Bubbles, Revamped Conversation notifications, One-time permissions for location and microphone, and more. As far as Realme UI 2.0 is concerned it adds improved Dark Mode, new UI elements, and more.

How to apply for Realme UI 2.0 early access in Realme X7 Pro

Those interested in giving it a try can apply for early access by heading to their Realme X7 Pro Settings >> Software Update menu, tap on the Settings icon in the top-right corner. Then, click on the Trial Version and then on Apply Now. Once you’ve successfully submitted the request and applied for the early access program, the company will evaluate your candidature. Since this is an early access program, submitting a request does not mean that the update will reach you. However, if your application is selected, you’ll receive the update via OTA on your Realme X7 Pro.

Make sure to be running software with firmware version RMX2121PU_11.A.14. Make sure to be fast if you want to ensure your place in the program since its availability will be limited. Worth noting, that this is only meant for those who can submit feedback to Realme via the available applications. After all, the software will certainly come with bugs. If you want to experience Realme UI 2.0 without the potential bugs of this early release, wait for the Open Beta program. The beta release will still carry some bugs, but certainly will be more stable than this Alpha build.

The Realme X7 Pro was announced last year in China with the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset. The device then reached India a couple of months ago. It has up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of Storage. The lights are kept by a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging in China. The European (Global) version has just 50W fast-charging.
