ZTE Blade 11 Prime features wireless charging under $200

ZTE has launched a new smartphone in the US. The Blade 11 Prime is an entry-level smartphone from ZTE. We don’t see many new phones from ZTE. And most of the phones that the company launches in the US are budget-oriented. Even though the ZTE Blade 11 Prime is a budget phone, it has some unique features such as wireless charging and a huge battery. Let’s talk about the phone below.

ZTE Blade 11 Prime Design & Color Options

ZTE Blade 11 Prime

First, let’s talk about the design language of the smartphone. The ZTE Blade 11 Prime looks stylish. It has a rectangular camera bump on the rear side followed by the Blade branding on the mid. The camera bump resembles many other recently launched smartphones which is actually a plus point as it makes the phone look modern. However, on the front side, there is a teardrop notch that looks dated. The smartphone comes in only one color option which is Sky blue.

Specifications

The smartphone comes with a display size of 6.5-inch with a resolution of 720×1600. We cannot expect an FHD+ display at this price considering the phone focuses on the battery department. Moving further, the device gets a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal expandable storage. The phone has a triple rear camera setup comprising 16MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP depth sensor. An ultra-wide sensor on a budget phone? Not bad, ZTE!

On the front, there is an 8MP selfie shooter. The battery department is the biggest highlight of the Blade 11 Prime. Can you name a phone that has wireless charging at this price range? Well, it’s because wireless charging is one of the most ignored features in the history of the smartphone world. The smartphone manufacturers bring the best-performing chipsets and cameras but this essential feature is not given to them. ZTE finally came up with wireless charging on its budget phone. The Blade 11 Prime has a 4000mAh battery that supports wireless charging and wired reverse charging. Other notable features include Android 11 out of the box, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 8.7mm thickness, and 190g weight.

Price & Availability

ZTE Blade 11 Prime has a price tag of $192 in the US through Visible and Yahoo Mobile (Both operate on Verizon’s Network). The smartphone is also available in 24 monthly installments of $8. What are your opinions on wireless charging for budget phones? Let us know in the comments section below!
