Huawei May-June launch schedule include the P50 series and other devices

Huawei brand

After a series of transfers, Huawei has decided on the date of the announcement of the flagship Huawei P50 series. At least, insiders assure us of this and even call the exact release date – June 17th. We expect that the press event will only show smartphones; which should be released this year in limited edition due to US sanctions.

But it will be preceded by two more events organized by Huawei. So, on May 19, the release of the Huawei Watch 4X smartwatch, FreeBuds wireless headphones and MateBook laptop computers is promised. While on June 2, it will be the turn to announce the MatePad Pro 2 tablet, which should receive a Kirin 9000 chip, a 120 Hz display with a diagonal of 12 inches and the HarmonyOS operating system. On the same day, Huawei Watch 3 and Watch 3 Pro smartwatches should be presented.

As for smartphones of the Huawei P50 series, they are credited with OLED displays of different diagonals with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, chips of the Kirin 9000 line, batteries with a capacity of at least 4000 mAh. The fingerprint scanner will be under the display and will offer 67W fast charging.

Those renders and photos that flashed on the network indicate that the new devices will stand out with a massive block of the main camera with two round modules that can accommodate four image sensors. The Huawei P50 Pro + will have a liquid lens and all smartphones in the series should receive the Sony IMX800 sensor.
