Apple has announced that the new iMac and iPad will be on the shelves on Friday and will be delivered on May 21. Potential buyers outside the U.S. can also buy Apple TV 4K, however, it appears that it is not available for China for now. Apple said that from May 21st, all users can buy the new iMacs and iPad Pros with M1 chips at Apple Store retail stores and authorized distributors around the world. Those who have placed orders on the official website can start getting their orders from Friday.
Apple iMac
The new iMac adopts a new slim design, is equipped with an M1 chip as well as a 4.5K retina display. It is available in seven eye-catching colours including green, yellow, orange, pink, purple, blue, and silver. It also provides three smart keyboard options, and the colours are the same as the iMac (including the Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and numeric keypad). Furthermore, this device is also compatible with the Magic Mouse. As of now, the Green, pink, blue, and silver iMac models can be purchased in Apple Store retail stores. However, the new iMacs in all seven colours can be purchased on Apple’s official website.

If you hope to own any of the models of the new iMac, then you need to have a really deep pocket. According to the company, potential buyers of this device will not spend less than $1299. While the 8GB + 256GB version costs $1299/1499, the 8GB + 512GB version costs $1699.
Apple iPad Pro
The iPad Pro also comes with the M1 chip but there will be no release for this device as it already quietly hit the shelves. This device comes with a 12.9-inch screen which is a brand-new Liquid retina XDR display. According to the company, this display provides more details for high-performance HDR workflows.
In addition, users can also choose a variety of iPad Pro accessories, including Magic Keyboard. The new keyboard is available in white, with backlit buttons, a built-in touchpad, a free-angle adjustment function, and a floating design. There is also the Apple Pencil and all these accessories are available for free viewing.
According to Apple, this 2021 iPad Pro offers faster 5G speeds. The company said that “with 5G available on iPad Pro, customers on the go can do even more with better performance and access to next-generation download and upload speeds — great for higher-quality video streaming, real-time collaboration, or FaceTime in high definition”.
