With the official launch of the Redmi Note 10 series getting closer, more details of this series are appearing online. Just yesterday, we had confirmation that this series will come with the new NFC 3.0. This is in addition to several other teasers that reveal different features of this smartphone. Today, there is a report from popular Weibo leakster @DCS that claims that there will be a Redmi Note 10 Pro. According to him, this smartphone will use a quad-rear camera setup and the main sensor will be 64MP.
Furthermore, @DCS reveals that this mid-range smartphone will use a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. This display also supports a 240Hz touch sampling rate, 6-speed adaptive refresh rate and 1200 nits peak brightness.
The camera design and details of this phone are different from the previous generation’s main camera. Redmi will focus on optimizing the phone’s daily use experience. The company will also make sure that this device makes a big difference in terms of processor performance and fast charging speed. According to the speculations so far, the Redmi Note 10 Pro will come with an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G processor. It will also have up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM.

In terms of cameras, the phone has four rear cameras (48MP Sony IMX582 main camera + 8MP ultra-wide-angle + 2MP macro + 2MP depth-of-field lens). This is for the regular Redmi Note 10. On the front, there will be a 13MP camera sensor in the center punch-hole screen design. Although there is no mention of the internal storage capacity, this device supports microSD card expansion (up to 512GB). It also supports 4G VoLTE and is equipped with a 360° ambient light sensor. Under the hood, there will be a built-in 5020mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging to keep its lights on.
From previous official teasers, the Redmi Note 10 series will weigh only 193 g. However, it is most unlikely that all the models of this series will weigh 193 g. Perharps, this weight is for the lightest model and the high models may weigh a bit more. Redmi claims that the 193 g is “ultra-lightweight” but considering that we have seen flagship with much lower weights, we can not be too sure.
For gaming, this smartphone comes with all it needs. In addition to its gaming processor, it uses a gaming-grade heat dissipation as large as 16370mm². This device uses “quadruple heat dissipation materials” simultaneously. The four materials are VC, graphite, thermal gel, and copper foil. Furthermore, Redmi claims that this series will come with dual stereo speakers, dual-channel UFS 3.1 storage, a sequential read speed of 1801 MB/s, and a sequential write speed of 1292 MB/s.
