In this conference, RealityKit 2 added the Object Capture API. Through this API, developers can easily convert iPhone multimedia to convert AR-optimized 3D models. Users can shoot high-quality videos, and photo-realistic 3D models of real-world objects in minutes, and convert them into AR-optimized 3D models.
According to reports, there are currently more than Apple 1 billion AR-active devices. With the new Object Capture API in RealityKit 2, developers can also use better visual, audio, and animation control. They can create a more realistic and complex AR experience. iOS 15/iPadOS 15 Developer Preview Beta
Apple has announced the iOS 15 which comes with powerful feature updates. iOS 15 makes FaceTime video calls more natural, launches the SharePlay sharing experience, and manages notifications in a new way to help users stay focused. Furthermore, it brings a feature that allows users to smartly get information from images. It completely revamps the map app and redesigns the Weather App displays data in full-screen mode. The Wallet App adds support for family keys and ID documents while there is a new tab page bar design and labels for the Safari browser. iOS 15 also includes new privacy control options for Siri, mail, and other aspects of the system to further protect user information.
Apple’s new iOS 15 operating system is compatible with all iPhones capable of running iOS 14. This includes the original iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, and iPhone 6s Plus and above. After yesterday’s WWDC21 theme event, Apple released new versions of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS. The company also released the first developer beta versions of iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 (19A5261w) for testing.
During the iOS/iPadOS 15 testing period, Apple will be able to improve new features and resolve bugs. This will be necessary before the public beta and stable version rolls out. The stable version is expected to arrive this fall. The June release will also allow developers to build new iOS and iPadOS 15 features in their App applications. While this release is for developers alone, the public beta will arrive in July this year.
