Infinix Zero X Neo appears on Bluetooth SIG certification

Since the last week, we’ve been hearing rumors about a new smartphone from Infinix carrying a cutting-edge 160W fast-charging. The company already confirmed that this promising smartphone will launch as Infinix Zero X. However, it is yet to make an official announcement of the launch date. Now, what seems to be another variant of the smartphone has been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification website. The device is listed as Infinix Zero X Neo. It could be the Zero X we’re expecting, or maybe another variant. Anyway, the Zero X series seems to be really materializing into a real thing now.

Infinix Zero X Neo

The Bluetooth SIG certification reveals a smartphone that offers Bluetooth 5.0 support. This may not be the latest available standard, but it still is quite new if you compare it with older Bluetooth standards. The new device does not have an exact moniker but bags the X6810 model number. The report further states that the Infinix Zero X and Zero X Pro will feature model numbers X6811B and X6811, respectively. Now, this lifts the question of the cutting-edge 160W fast-charging will be present on all three smartphones. We assume that this will be exclusive to the Pro variant now.

Infinix Zero X alleged specifications

Considering the amount of data emerging with info about the Infinix Zero X series, a launch probably is drawing near. As far as the Neo and Pro are concerned, we don’t have much info to share. So far, the leaked info seems to refer to the vanilla model. As per the latest leak, the device will carry 160W wired charging support and 50W wireless charging. Moreover, it will come with a huge camera on the back with 108MP resolution.

It will be accompanied by an ultrawide-angle module and a periscope module. The device has a big “NOW” logo on the back. It also sports an AMOLED display with curved edges and an in-display fingerprint scanner. The bottom part of the device serves as a home for the USB Type-C port and a speaker grille.

Other details such as hardware info are unknown at the moment. So far Infinix has been sticking with MediaTek chips for its smartphones. Perhaps this can be the case with the Infinix Zero.
