OnePlus has been “crushed” by Oppo and it will increasingly start to master the mid-price segment. Recently, the new OnePlus Nord CE 5G and OnePlus Nord N200 5G were launched in this niche , and the OnePlus Nord 2 is on the horizon. Its release is promised in July, and information about it was found in the Ai Benchmark database.

The benchmark test revealed that the OnePlus Nord 2 will indeed offer 8GB of RAM, a Dimensity 1200 chipset and will be the company’s first model with a MediaTek processor.

This is the flagship SoC in the model range of the Taiwanese chipmaker, which is created using a 6-nanometer process technology, has three clusters of cores, where two of them received Cortex-A78 cores operating at different clock speeds, and one unit – Cortex-A55 with a peak frequency of 2,0 GHz. In terms of performance, the Dimensity 1200 is on par with the Snapdragon 870.

OnePlus Nord 2 is credited with a 6.44-inch OLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and FullHD + resolution, a 4500mAh battery and a triple rear camera with a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor, an 8MP wide-angle sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. The smartphone may cost about $ 350.
