Vivo X60 Pro+ Launch In China

Vivo has launched its flagship phone dubbed, the X60t Pro+ in China. It is the latest entrant in the well-received X60 series of phones. The series comprises the Vivo X60 Curved Screen Version, X60t, X60 Pro+, X60 Pro, and the X60.

Following the handset’s launch, more details about its specs and features have surfaced online. It turns out that the Vivo X60t Pro+ is loaded with an impressive array of features that make it a flagship phone. Regrettably, details about the phone’s launch in other markets, including India, are still scarce.

Vivo X60t Pro+ Specs and Features

The Vivo X60t Pro+ smartphone sports a mammoth 6.56-inch AMOLED display that has highly appealing curved edges. The screen offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2376 pixels, an aspect ratio of 19.8:9, pixel density of 398 PPI (pixel per inch), and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

It has a punch-hole notch as well. On top of that, it has HDR10+ certification that guarantees dramatic video display. It also supports HDR video playback for films and documentaries on Netflix and for streaming TV series.

The fingerprint scanner has been integrated into the display. The dual-SIM phone packs a  Snapdragon 888 5G mobile platform, under the hood. The SoC is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. The phone ships with a hefty 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage capacity.

Moreover, the X60t Pro+ is backed by a 4,200mAh battery with 55W rapid charging support. In the optics department, it houses a 32MP front shooter for selfies. There’s a 50MP Samsung GN1 main camera (f/1.57 aperture), a 4MP Sony IMX598 ultrawide lens with micro-gimbal OIS, a 12MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP telephoto periscope lens.

Furthermore, the X60t Pro+ runs Android 11 and OriginOS UI 1.0. Other notable features include USB-C, NFC, GPS, dual-frequency, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 802.11ax, and 5G. The major difference between the two phones is that the X60 Pro+ has a 32MP telephoto lens, while the X60t Pro+ comes with a 12MP telephoto snapper. The phone weighs in at 190 grams and its dimensions are 158.59×73.35×9.10mm.

Vivo X60t Pro+ Pricing and Availability

The X60 Pro+ is available in two options in China. You can choose between 8 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB ROM variants. They carry price tags of 4,999 Yuan (about $773) and 5,999 Yuan (about $928), respectively. The phone comes in Dark Blue and Classic Orange color options.
