Realme X9 series has made its appearance on several certifications websites. As a result, key details about the impending series have surfaced online. Last year, the Chinese smartphone maker introduced the affordable X7 series with awe-inspiring specifications.
Now, the much-awaited X7 series successor dubbed, the Realme X9 has been listed on two Chinese certifications websites. The model number RMX3361 has been assigned to the new phone. Some sources claim that the model number is linked to the Realme X9 series. Now, the aforesaid model number has been spotted on 3C and TENAA certifications.
Realme X9 Series Appears On TENAA & 3C Certification
The Realme X9 has been subject to multiple rumors since it has been a long time since Realme launched the X7 series. Previously surfaced reports indicated that the company is working on a Realme X9 series, but it didn’t seem to appear on the web in the form of some major leaks.
In 2020, Realme launched the Realme X7 series of phones in China. Last month, a report from MySmartPrice indicated that Realme is likely to choose India for the launch of its next series. Ahead of the launch event, Realme India’s CMO Francis Wong revealed an image of new Realme earbuds, which was shot using the Realme RMX3366, which was believed to be the X9. The device was expected to launch alongside the Realme Buds Q2.

Some key specifications of the upcoming phone, which is expected to be the Realme X9, have been leaked through the documentation. The device will come with a 6.43-inch display, with a thin bezel AMOLED panel.
Moreover, the phone’s dimensions are 159.2×73.5×8.0mm. It runs the latest Android 11 OS and is backed by a 2100mAh Dual cells Battery that supports 65W charging. The phone’s 3C certification confirmed its maximum charging speed. In addition to the model RMX3361, another model number RMX3381 was spotted on Russia’s EEC certification with key specifications.
Realme X9 Pro Key Specs Revealed
The model number RMX3381 is linked to the Realme X9 Pro. The device will sport a 6.55-inch curved display with a high refresh rate and a Super AMOLED panel. On the photography front, the device will feature a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary lens, a 16MP IMX481 ultra-wide sensor, along a 2MP B&W sensor.
The X9 Pro is expected to pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. Furthermore, it will ship with 8GB of RAM and offer 256GB of built-in storage capacity. The phone will draw its juices from a 4,500mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging technology.
