A live shot of the Google Pixel 6 Pro has surfaced online, giving us a glimpse of the impending handset’s eye-catching design. In August, the search engine giant is slated to unveil the much-awaited Pixel 5a mid-range phone, and the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro are expected to be announced in October.
Some key specifications of the Pixel 6 duo have been leaked in the form of a live shot. Google’s upcoming Pixel 6 Pro has made its appearance in the aforesaid live shot that reveals that device’s front, as well as rear design. If previously surfaced leaks and rumors are anything to go by, the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro phones will be quite interesting and unique.
The Google Pixel 6 series smartphones are expected to sport an unconventional design and will pack a special processor. The tech giant will be focusing more on the cameras of the phones. The company will reportedly use a special chip and adjust the camera’s image processing capabilities to make sure the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro can capture awe-inspiring photos.
Google Pixel 6 Pro Design Leaked
The live shot of the Pixel 6 Pro shows a punch-hole display that has curved edges. The front side is highly appealing due to the presence of extremely slim bezels. There is no physical fingerprint scanner visible on the handset. In other words, the Pixel 6 Pro could feature an in-screen fingerprint sensor, instead.
The dual-tone back panel of the handset houses a horizontally arranged camera module. The phone seems to have a triple camera setup, along with an LED flash. Since the shape of the camera is rectangular, there is a possibility it might house a periscope zoom lens, as well. At the bottom of the rear panel, model number GR1YH can be seen.
Gizchina News of the week
If earlier reports are anything to go by, the aforesaid model number is linked to an upcoming phone from Google. Details about the impending device are still scarce. However, the phone is reportedly codenamed “Raven.” It is likely to hit the store shelves with the Pixel 6 Pro moniker.
Also, the phone revealed in the live shot looks like the Pixel 6 Pro CAD renders. These renders were leaked by tipster Steve H.McFly (aka OnLeaks) back in May. This leak should be taken with a grain of salt since Google has neither confirmed nor denied its authenticity.
