According to insider data, Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will be the first smartphones of the company to receive a system on a chip of its own design, codenamed Whitechapel. A mention of this chipset was found in the firmware code of the Android Open-Source Project. We also know that Google is creating the chip in cooperation with Samsung.
Based on who is Google’s partner in the birth of the proprietary chip; it was not difficult to guess that they would take some kind of Exynos SoC as a basis and adapt it to the requirements of the search giant.
