Xiaomi‘s sub-brand Poco seems to have two more devices under its sleeves. The company is working on devices namely Poco X3 GT and Poco F3 GT. Both the smartphones will go official in the coming days but at different timelines. We already know the official launch date for the F3 GT i.e. July 23. The F3 GT will go official in the Indian market and should go on sale in the following days. Well, Poco X3 GT will also be going official but next week.
Poco is all set to unveil its X3 GT smartphone in Malaysia on July 28. As expected, the event will be live-streamed on the company’s official Facebook page at around 20:00 local time. This is not the first time we’re hearing about this device. Various reports claim that X3 GT is nothing but a rebranded version of China’s Redmi Note 10 Pro.
Here’s what to expect from the upcoming Poco X3 GT!
Gizchina News of the week
While there is no official information that clearly mentions the Poco X3 GT moniker, we do know the specifications of the Chinese Redmi Note 10 Pro. If the reports are right, then we should see similar features on the upcoming X3 GT as well. The Poco X3 GT could arrive with a large 6.6-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate along with HDR10 support. For protection, we might see a layer of Gorilla Glass Victus.
The smartphone should get its power from a MediaTek Dimensity 1100 chipset paired with a UFS 3.1 storage. We might not see the support for an external microSD card. On the read, there is a triple camera module featuring a 64MP primary sensor paired with 8MP and 2MP sensors. For selfies, there is a single 16MP shooter located on the front.
While the Chinese version does not feature a 3.5mm audio jack, we’re expecting the global one to do so. All of these would receive juice from a large 5,000 mAh battery packed inside. The device should offer fast 67W fast charging with the capabilities of reaching 100% in just 42 minutes. We should also see the support for NFC connectivity.
What about the pricing and availability?
Well, we have no clue regarding these at the time of writing this. Hopefully, more information would surface on the web confirming bits of information. We will, of course, make sure to keep our readers updated whenever new information come our way.
