Fitbit Luxe fitness band has been launched in India, sporting an awe-inspiring design and top-notch specifications. The California-based consumer electronics company will be currently offering the wearable with a slew of straps. Moreover, you can choose between the vanilla Luxe version and Luxe Special Edition.
The American fitness tracker giant has not launched any product in India for quite some time now. The company launched some products back in August last year in the country. Now, Fitbit has brought a new fitness tracker dubbed the Fitbit Luxe in the Indian market. The Fitbit Luxe is a perfect blend of a fitness tracker and a lifestyle product. In other words, you get features offered by a lifestyle product, as well as a tracker.
Fitbit Luxe Launched In India – Price & Availability
The recently unveiled Fitbit Luxe fitness tracker will set you back a pretty penny. However, its impressive array of features compensate for the steep price tag. The standard variant is available for INR (about $148). Earlier this year, the wearable went up for prebooking for around $149.95. In India, the standard variant is available in Orchid/ Platinum, Black/ Graphite, and Lunar White/ Soft Gold color options.
Alternatively, you can go for a Classic or Wooven band if you are willing to shell out INR 2,999 (about $40). Aside from that, Fitbit is offering a Fitbit Luxe Special Edition gorjana Soft Gold version that comes with a Parker Link bracelet. This variant is available for INR 17,999 (about $242). If you do not want to spend that kind of money, you can go for the Parker Link Bracelet in soft gold stainless steel, which retails for INR 5,499 (about $74).

Specifications
The Luxe was launched back in April. Upfront, the wearable houses a color AMOLED touchscreen, and display with no physical buttons. Much to the delight of sports enthusiasts, the Luxe comes with 20 sports modes such as Hiking, Biking, Running, Tennis, Spinning, Pilates, and Golf. In addition to that, the fitness band supports sleep tracking, menstrual health tracking, calories burned, distance, all-day step tracking, heart rate monitoring, and more.
Furthermore, the company will be including SpO2 tracking in the Fitbit Luxe soon. The fitness band also keeps a track of the wearer’s breathing rate, skin temperature variation, RHR (resting heart rate), and HRV (heart rate variability). As if that weren’t enough, the device even monitors unexpected changes in behavior that could be triggered by a cold, fatigue, or stress.
The new fitness band from Fitbit is water-resistant up to 50 meters. It also supports a myriad of other features. This include a stopwatch, timer, smartphone notifications with DND (Do Not Disturb) mode. The device is compatible with any smartphone that runs on iOS 13.3 or higher and Android 8.0 or higher.
