With just over 24 hours to the official launch of the Xiaomi Mi MIX 4, more leaks are appearing online. This smartphone will be official at Lei Jun’s annual speech which will take place at 19:30 on August 10. A previous teaser from Xiaomi shows that this device will come with a 100% full-pixel precision true full screen. Furthermore, this device will also support UWB’s one-finger connection technology. In a recent leak of the Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 promotional poster in an offline store, the slogan of this device is “Explore Future Full Screen”. Now, the latest leak of this flagship smartphone is its plain leather phone case, which confirms the previous exposures.
The image shows that this is a leather case and it also reveals the rear camera design. Looking at the huge rear camera hold, the MIX 4 uses a “family-style” lens module design similar to the Mi 11 series. The main camera sensor is very large. According to reports, there are three rear cameras on the rear including the 50MP Samsung GN1s main camera.

Under the hood, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 will boast of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC. This will be the first model globally to use this flagship processor. This chip comes with Qualcomm’s sixth-generation AI Engine engine, and its AI computing power hits 32 TOPS. This is better than Snapdragon 888’s 26TOPS. According to GeekBench, the Mi MIX 4 has a single-core score of 1151. On the multi-core end, this device has a score of 3636. The performance of this chip is comfortably higher than its predecessor.
Furthermore, the keep the lights of this device on, we will have a built-in 4,500 mAh or 5000 mAh large battery that supports 120W fast charging. According to reports, the wireless charging capacity is 80W. If Xiaomi succeeds in using this wireless fast charging, it will be the fastest in the industry. However, if a recent proposal in China pulls through, the company will not be able to use wireless charging above 50W.
