Redmi 10 Prime will be launched in India soon

Redmi 10

One week after a goofy unintentional release, Xiaomi officially launched the Redmi 10 globally. The new smartphone is a solid upgrade bringing a more capable MediaTek Dimensity G88 SoC, a Quad-Camera setup led by a 50 MP snapper, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W charging. The device also is the first non-Note Redmi to come with a high refresh rate display. After the launch of this device across global markets, it seems that Xiaomi is preparing its release in the Indian market. However, for the Asian country, the device may get a rebranding to Redmi 10 Prime.

Unfortunately, the company does not reveal the exact launch date of the handset in the country. However, some of Xiaomi’s senior executives have tweeted various prime numbers. Back in the last year, the Redmi 9 was announced as Redmi 9 Prime in the country. So, it’s not a mere coincidence to see the company teasing numbers that are under the “Prime” category. For now, we don’t know if whether the device will reach India this month as a “last-minute” launch or Xiaomi, will leave its release for September.

Since the device will be basically a rebranded Redmi 10 we know pretty much everything we can expect from it.
