The hotly-anticipated Apple iPhone 13 series of smartphones could go up for pre-orders starting from next month. Despite the lack of official confirmation about the series’ launch date, multiple reports hint at an imminent unveiling of the iPhone 13 lineup. The word on the street is that the Cupertino-based tech behemoth could launch the new iPhones as early as September this year.
Considering that the iPhone 13 is one of this year’s most-awaited series of smartphones, it is understandable that the lineup has been subject to several leaks. The rumor mill has also churned out multiple speculations including one that suggests that the Face ID feature of the new iPhone will work even with a face mask. Likewise, a report from industry chain sources indicated that Apple finalized the series’ design earlier this month, and the new iPhone is in mass production.
Apple iPhone 13 Series Pre-Orders Timeline Allegedly Revealed
Now, a recently surfaced report from ITHome has revealed the series’ launch timeline. The publication claims that the iPhone 13 series has appeared on a Chinese e-commerce website. Chinese tipster @Pandalsbald was the first one to share a screenshot of the aforesaid listing on Weibo. Aside from the iPhone 13, and the iPhone 13 Pro, the vanilla smartphone, the Pro max, the Pro, and the mini variants appeared to be gracing the e-commerce website. As if that weren’t enough, the Apple AirPods 3 also appeared on the portal.
According to the publication, Apple will make the iPhone 13 series available for pre-orders starting from September 17. Furthermore, the site claims that the series will go on sale from September 24. It is still unclear whether these sale and launch dates are legit since Apple has neither confirmed nor denied this speculation. Moreover, the Chinese publication has hinted at incorrect launch dates in the past.
