Meizu 18s and the Meizu 18s Pro smartphones may have made their appearances on TENAA, revealing key specs and other details. The popular Chinese smartphone manufacturer is gearing up to expand its recently unveiled flagship series by offering new models. Earlier this year, a survey by AnTuTu revealed that the Meizu 18 series of smartphones are the most accepted handsets in China. Despite not being very active in the market, the Chinese brand released the Meizu 18 series.

The company even announced that it has improved the Flyme 9 privacy protection to restrict apps from accessing and storing users’ data without their permission. An earlier report from TechnoSports indicated that the company will be unveiling another flagship in 2021 with more powerful specifications than the well-received Meizu 18 series. The Meizu 18s, Meizu 18s Pro seems to have just taken their first steps towards an imminent launch.

The upcoming smartphones have appeared on the TENAA certification site bearing model numbers M182Q and M192Q with key specs and images. Considering that they boast flagship-like specs, these devices are likely to hit the store shelves carrying the Meizu 18s, and Meizu 18s Pro monikers, respectively. The Meizu M182Q’s dimensions are 162.4 x 69.2 x 8.18mm and it weighs 162 grams. Moreover, it is likely to go on sale in China in white, blue, and gray color options.

Furthermore, the Meizu M182Q phone sports a 6.2-inch AMOLED screen with 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution. In the optics department, the phone houses a 64MP, a 16MP, an 8MP camera setup at the back. Upfront, the phone features a 20MP shooter for selfies and video calling. A 3,910mAh rated battery powers up the entire system. The Meizu M192Q phone, on the other hand, is a slightly bigger phone with 162.5 x 73 x 8.1mm dimensions, and 189 grams weight.

Other Key Specs Revealed

Moreover, the M192Q is could be available in white, blue, and silver color options in China. On top of that, it features a mammoth 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution. On the photography front, the Meizu M192Q comes with a 44MP front shooter. It also houses a 50MP, a 32MP, an 8MP, and an 0.3MP rear-mounted quad-camera setup. The phone draws its juices from a robust 4,410mAh battery. A 2.95GHz octa-core processor will be powering up the Meizu M182Q and M192Q phones. For those unaware, the 2.95GHz octa-core processor is the new Snapdragon 888 Plus.

Aside from that, the two handsets will come running on Android 11 OS. The devices will ship with 8GB and 12GB of RAM options. As far as onboard storage capacity is concerned, you will be able to choose between 128GB and 256GB storage options. The alleged Meizu phones seem to feature an in-screen fingerprint scanner for additional protection.
