The Indian-based Chinese smartphone maker unveiled the Realme GT Neo smartphone in China earlier this year. It was launched in India as the Realme X7 Max 5G i. Recently leaked details revealed that Realme is currently hard at work on the GT Neo2 smartphone. The leak gave us a glimpse of the device’s awe-inspiring design and revealed its entire specifications.
The Realme GT series originally included the Realme GT and the budget Realme GT Neo smartphones. The Realme GT came with a Snapdragon 888 processor, while the GT Neo packed a cheaper Dimensity 1200 SoC under the hood. Despite carrying an affordable price tag, the Realme GT Neo delivered a flagship-level performance. Although the original device is not really old, Realme is already preparing to launch its sequel.

Tipster Rudhra Nandu took to his Twitter account on August 31 to share a Realme GT Neo Gaming poster, indicating that the device will launch in global markets soon. It will pack a Snapdragon 870 SoC under the hood. If the leaked specs and rear-mounted camera setup suggest that it will be similar to the GT Neo 2, according to MySmartPrice. The leaked information hint at a triple camera setup at the back. It will have a 64MP main camera. There will be highly appealing lines and graphics on the back panel.

Aside from that, it houses a 64MP, an 8MP, a 2MP, at the back. The phone will come running on Android 11 OS.
It will be made available with 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB of RAM, and 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of storage capacity. The phone features a 2,465mAh dual-cell battery, which is likely to offer a 5,000mAh capacity combined. Moreover, it could come with 65W rapid charging support. The phone will be available in Super Orange, Dream Blue, and Mirror Black color options in the home market. The phone’s dimensions are 162.9 x 75.8 x 8.6mm, and it weighs 199.8 grams.
