Earlier today, Realme India CEO, Madhav Sheth, released a new poster of an upcoming product. According to Madhav Sheth, the Realme 8s is the world’s first smartphone with the MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor. He claims that this chip will provide consumers with excellent performance and is very power-saving. The latest information regarding the Realme 8s shows that this device will launch on September 8th.
It is worth noting that on the launch date, the company will also release the Realme 8i. This device will come with the MediaTek Helio G96 processor and is a 4G mobile phone.
Dimensity 810 is a mid-range chip
MediaTek Dimensity 810 was released on August 11th. This chip uses the 6nm manufacturing process as well as an ARM Cortex-A76 core. The CPU clocks at 2.4GHz. Furthermore, it comes with support for advanced camera features, including AI- in cooperation with ArcSoft. It also supports Color technology, and noise reduction technology in low light environments. Moreover, Dimensity 810 uses the MediaTek HyperEngine 2.0 game engine. This feature brings players an immersive game experience through the optimization of the network engine and intelligent load control engine.

In addition to the Dimensity 810 SoC, the Realme 8s will also come with a punch-hole solution. The front camera will be at the upper left corner of the display. This is not a surprise as it appears to be the only placement that Realme knows. On the front, it will have a 16MP camera which is decent for a mid-range smartphone. Also, this device will come with a side fingerprint sensor.
The Realme 8s will be a mid-range smartphone with compelling specs and 5G connectivity. The Realme 8s design renders reveal the smartphone packs a triple-camera setup on the back. The smartphone packs a rectangular camera module that will pack a 64 MP primary camera sensor. The device will have a power button on the left edge, the SIM tray and power button sit on the right. The smartphone will pack a 6.5-inch display with 90 Hz refresh rate support. Furthermore, this mid-range smartphone will come with 6 GB and 8 GB of RAM with 128 GB or 256 GB of Internal Storage. Moreover, it has 5 GB of virtual RAM thanks to a new extended RAM feature being included in the software. The device will come with Realme UI 2.0 on top of Android 11. In addition, the Realme 8s will draw its powers from a 5,000 mAh battery with 33 W fast-charging support.
