On Friday, the Chinese phone manufacturer divulged some key specifications, prices, and the sale date of the Redmi 10 Prime smartphone. As a Redmi 9 Prime successor, the new phone boasts notable upgrades. These overhauls include a brand new design, new sensors, a more powerful chipset among others.
Furthermore, the phone features a rear quad-camera setup featuring a 50MP main camera. Aside from that, it has a robust 6000mAh battery. Xiaomi also took the wraps off the Redmi EarBuds 3 Pro truly wireless earbuds in India. The TWS earbuds deliver an impressive music playback time of 30 hours. On top of that, it is rated IPX4 for splash resistance. The Redmi 10 Prime is currently available in international markets as the Redmi 10. It is worth mentioning here that the Redmi 10 smartphone has a smaller 5,000mAh battery.
Redmi 10 Prime & Earbuds 3 Pro Price In India
The recently unveiled Redmi 10 Prime mobile phone is available in two storage configurations. The base model ships with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage capacity and it carries a price tag of INR (about $170). If you are willing to shell out INR 14,499 (about $198), you can go for the slightly larger model that comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage capacity. The phone is available in Blue, Black, and White color options.

The smartphone will go on sale starting September 7 via Amazon India, Mi.com, Mi Home Stores, and various retail channels. If you use an HDFC Bank card, you will be able to get an INR 750 (about $10) discount on the purchase of the Redmi 10 Prime smartphone. The Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro TWS retails for INR 2,999 (about $41). The earbuds will go on sale starting September 9, according to MySmartPrice.

The smartphone sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD with Full HD+ resolution, and a hole-punch cutout that houses the 8MP front shooter. Aside from that, the display offers an adaptive refresh rate of 90Hz. Users can switch the refresh rate between 90Hz, 60Hz, and 45Hz based on the content playing on the screen. The phone packs a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC, paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. Furthermore, there is extended RAM support of 2GB.
The rear camera setup features a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a couple of 2MP sensors for depth and macro. Upfront, the phone has an 8MP shooter. The Redmi 10 Prime runs on Android 11 OS out of the box with MIUI 12.5 on top. In terms of connectivity, the phone offers IR Blaster, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, and Bluetooth 5.1. The fingerprint scanner is available on the side.
