Vivo X70 series smartphones have appeared on China Telecom listing ahead of the device’s launch this month. The upcoming lineup comprises Vivo X70, its Pro variant, and the Pro+ model. The China Telecom listing included renders of the larger Pro model. The vanilla Vivo X70 and the X70 Pro phones have leaked in hands-on videos that showcase the design of the imminent handsets.
A new report from ITHome Vivo has accidentally revealed some key specs of its upcoming flagship smartphones via the China Telecom listing. The Chinese technology company will be unveiling the X70, X70 Pro, and the X70 Pro+ on September 9. Earlier this month, the executive vice president of VIVO Hu Baishan shed light on the company’s self-developed V1 chip. The upcoming X70 series smartphones are expected to debut the aforesaid chip. Furthermore, it is tipped to offer an enhanced shooting experience of the low-light scene.
Vivo X70, Vivo X70 Pro & Vivo X70 Pro+ Specifications
The new China Telecom leak suggests that the Vivo X70 will come with a 6.56-inch AMOLED display with a Full-HD+ resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate. There’s an Exynos 1080 SoC under the hood. The listing shows a triple rear camera setup on the Vivo X70, featuring a 48MP primary camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 12MP portrait sensor. Upfront, it could house a 32 shooter. Aside from that, it will come with a 4,400mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging.

The phone will come with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 55W fast charging.
Pricing, Availability & Other Details
There have been several rumors about the upcoming series making the rounds online. It is speculated that the Vivo X70 series will be available in several color options. On top of that, it will come in Blue Leather and Orange Leather. In addition to that, there will be a Black glass color variant. The X70 and its Pro sibling will be up for grabs in black, white, and a gradient color variant. The pricing details are still few and far between. A previous report claim that the vanilla X70 will have mid-range pricing. The Pro model will carry a price tag in the range of the starter flagships from Samsung and other leading manufacturers.
The X70 Pro+ will be Vivo’s premium offering in the series. It is likely to retail for a similar price as the top-tier phones from Apple, Huawei, and Samsung. The series will not arrive in the global market anytime soon. However, some variants from the lineup could go global sometime this year.
