Apple is set to release its best of the best latest generation iPhone tomorrow, under the iPhone 13 moniker, which will replace the iPhone 12 series that was launched in 2020.
Much like previous instances, Apple will likely launch the new series with multiple new features, a faster SoC capable of taking on the best of Android and new hardware or design changes to set your new iPhone from the older generation.
What this also means is that, like always, if you wish to buy the last generation iPhone, this is probably the best time to do so. Before this launch, Indian E-commerce site Flipkart is now offering major discounts on the entirety of the iPhone 12 series of devices.

Gizchina News of the week
Coming to the iPhone 12 lineup, the 64GB variant will retail for Rs 66,900 instead of the Rs 79,900 launch price. The 128GB variant and 256GB variant, which at the time of launch retailed for Rs 84,900 and Rs 94,900 will now retail for Rs 71,999 and rs 81,999.
Finally, the Pro variants, which are available in 128GB variant, 256GB and 512GB variant for both the Pro and Pro Max versions are also on discount.

Were There Any Other Price Cuts?
This comes after reports in China hinted that the 128GB version of the iPhone 12 would retail for 4799 yuan ($744) on some platforms. This is a massive 2000 yuan ($310) shy of the official price of 6799 yuan ($1,054). As we all know, when the iPhone 13 series arrive, the sales of the iPhone 12 could drop significantly.
This is the risk that many sales platforms can not afford to take. Thus, they activate these price cuts to sell off their remaining stock of the iPhone 12.
Although the iPhone 13 will come with a couple of upgrades this year, its starting price will not rise. However, due to the addition of the 1TB storage version, the high version will cost over $2,000. Considering the pricing, many iPhone 12 users are now getting set for an exchange with the upcoming iPhone 13.
