Realme Narzo 50 Series Could Launch Next Week, Along With Realme Band 2

For some time, the Narzo 50 series has been tipped to bring multiple upgrades to the Narzo lineup, with the Narzo 50A having been in the news in the form of rumours since last month.

Realme launched its Narzo series of devices to set its products apart from the regular number series devices. The series last got an update in the form of the Realme Narzo 30 series.

Now it seems that, according to a new report, the Narzo 50 series will launch in India around September 20-24. Aside from this, Francis Wong, CMO Realme India and Europe also confirmed that the device will soon launch by sharing certain internal hardware related details of the Narzo 50A.

Realme Narzo 50 Series to Launch Next Week?

Coming back to the report, which comes to us via Moneycontrol, citing certain industry sources in India, the Chinese giant will launch the Realme Narzo 50 series likely between September 20-24.

Alongside the base Narzo 50, the Narzo 50 Pro and Narzo 50A will be launched, with both 4G and 5G variants coming. A Narzo 5oi model might also debut alongside the Narzo 50 lineup.

This report further adds that Realme will also launch two new AIoT products, one of which could be the new Realme Band 2, the other is unknown but might be the robot vacuum cleaner launched by Realme in other markets.

Francis has already taken to Twitter to tease the Narzo 50A, by stating that the entry-level device from Narzo will make use of a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. It will succeed the Narzo 30A in India, which at the time of writing this article retails for Rs 8,999 and Rs 9,999 for the 3GB+32GB and 4GB+64GB variant.

What Do We Know About the Realme Band 2

In other Realme news, the company recently launched the Realme Band 2 in Malaysia. The Band comes with a larger display than its predecessor, which has a 0.96-inch display. The Realme Band 2 has a 1.4-inch TFT LCD panel with a peak brightness of 500 nits. A rectangular casing houses the display.

Realme is also offering the band with multiple health and fitness-related features, since it comes with up to 90 different workout modes, ranging from cycling, swimming to walking and running. A SpO2 Blood Oxygen monitor, sleep monitor and 24/7 heart rate monitor is also built-in

There is a 204 mAh battery which as per Realme will last around 12 days of usage on a single charge. 50 watch faces are on offer via the Realme Link app and the watch also has a water resistance of up to 50 metres.
