Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra renders – uses a Note series design

Qualcomm’s next-generation flagship processor, Snapdragon 898 will officially arrive at the end of the year. This year, the flagship chip may arrive earlier than last year. Recall that the Snapdragon 888 flagship processor arrived in December 2020. Of course, the delay could be a result of the coronavirus pandemic. However, since the effect of the pandemic is now quite low, the new chip may arrive earlier. We are already at the end of September, thus we are looking at a possible October or November launch. Usually, Qualcomm’s new flagships are launched by either Xiaomi or Samsung. The new flagship processor is usually launched by the Samsung S series or the Xiaomi digital series. Today, we saw a new set of renders for the flagship Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

According to the reports so far, this smartphone will come with the Snapdragon 898 SoC. Looking at the images, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will inherit the design style of the Note series. The appearance looks tough and it uses a hyperboloid design. Although the display uses the punch-hole design, the aperture of the punch-hole is extremely small. The upper and lower bezels are also very thin but the bottom bezel is thicker than the top frame. As for the side bezel, it is ultra-thin and this significantly improves the display effect. The appearance of the display is fit for a 2021 flagship smartphone.
