Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 launches the MIUI 12.5.9 stable update


The flagship Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 is currently getting its latest update which is the MIUI 12.5.9 update. This update weighs 715MB and it adds support for Xiaomi’s true wireless noise-canceling headphones (Xiaomi TWS 3 Pro) spatial audio functions. The Xiaomi Civi already supports the spatial audio of the Xiaomi TWS 3 Pro.

  • Adds support for Xiaomi True Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones 3 Pro spatial audio function
  • Optimizes and update Google security patch (2021#09) to improve system security

Lock screen

  • Fix the issue of flashing black bars occasionally when unlocking the fingerprint

Status bar, notification bar

  • Fixes the issue of floating notifications flickering abnormally due to the avatar space
  • Fix the anomaly that the round corners of the floating notification are missing
  • Fix the problem of occasional background abnormality when receiving a floating notification under the tripartite theme
  • Fixes an issue where the notification bar cannot draw down in full screen when using the three-party theme

The Xiaomi TWS 3 Pro has 40dB deep noise reduction, supports adaptive active noise reduction, and dual transparency modes. This headset also supports HiFi-level high-fidelity sound quality, high-definition audio, and ultra-low distortion. Furthermore, this device comes with spatial audio, a 360° surround sound field, and supports head tracking function. The Xiaomi TWS 3 Pro also launched the world’s first LHDC 4.0, the next-generation ultra-definition audio protocol. This headset is available in three colours including Aurora Green, Streamer White, and Obsidian Black.
