OnePlus 9RT official specifications have surfaced online ahead of the smartphone’s recently confirmed launch date. OnePlus is gearing up to host a launch event in China on October 13, where it will unveil the much-awaited OnePlus flagship. Regrettably, the company is still mum on the OnePlus 9RT launch date in India. If rumors making the rounds online are anything to go by, the smartphone will hit the store shelves in India either in October or November.
While OnePlus fans continue with waiting with bated breath to get their hands on the 9RT, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has offered them something to cheer about. Taking to his official Twitter handle on October 9, tipster Mukul Sharma divulged some key specifications of the OnePlus 9RT. The company has given us a glimpse of the phone’s display and performance unit. To recall, the OnePlus 9RT design renders had surfaced online earlier this week, corroborating some previously tipped specifications.
OnePlus 9RT Specifications Revealed
The OnePlus 9RT will arrive in the Chinese market in the coming few days. However, the company has shed light on the phone’s key details ahead of its official unveiling. The smartphone will pack the same Snapdragon 888 SoC that powers up the OnePlus 9 and the 9 Pro smartphones. Aside from that, it will ship with LPDDR5 RAM and offer UFS 3.1 storage. According to MySmartPrice, the phone could come with 8GB, 12GB of RAM and offer 256GB of onboard storage capacity.

Aside from that, the phone will be drawing its juices from a 4,500 mAh battery, like the rest of the OnePlus flagship devices. Moreover, it will come with 65W fast charging support, with the charger probably packed inside the box. The phone will sport an E4 AMOLED display that delivers a high refresh rate of 120Hz. Regrettably, OnePlus did not reveal the exact display size in its tweet. However, the word on the street is that the phone will feature a 6.55-inch display with a Full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) resolution.

The recently surfaced design render images showcase a flat display that has a hole-punch cutout placed on the top left corner. Earlier reports also claim that the 9RT will house a 50MP main camera. Moreover, the phone could feature the same Sony IMX766 sensor that was available on the OnePlus Nord 2. Aside from that, the phone will reportedly house an 8MP / 16MP ultrawide camera, as well as a 2MP macro sensor at the back.
