Hisense U6G Full Array QLED TVs launched with up to 8K resolution

Hisense is one of the most relevant companies in the market of TVs in China but has been investing a lot to make its name relevant across the world. Today, the company is presenting a new series of full-array QLED TVs in India. The new TVs are coming in 4K and 8K Resolutions, and three different screen sizes. The new range of TVs all supports full-array local dimming. It gives more uniform backlighting to a TV, alongside, better brightness and contrast control. The technology leads to more dynamic images on the screen.

The new Hisense U6G QLED TVs offer a full array of local dimming. It offers, at least on paper, better image contrast performance. The TV panel comes with Quantum Dot pixels technology for crisp and accurate images. The device runs with Android TV 10.0 so there is a good amount of apps that you can easily install through the Play Store.

The panels offer 1 billion colors on the screen and have whopping 700 nits of peak brightness. Interestingly, Hisense equipped the TVs with a technology dubbed “Hi-View Engine”, which is the image processor handling picture latency and motion smoothness. The TVs also feature Dolby Vision HDR. This allows the TV to upscale the image and delivers a result that is on par with the original.

In terms of sound, the TV series will also offer a high-quality and immersive experience. The TVs come with Dolby Atmos certification and 24 W inbuilt speakers. In terms of design, the Hisense U6G TVs showcase a slim bezel build, which is a standard for modern-day TVs. Since the TVs are coming with Android 10, then, users can expect Google Assistant support for voice commands.

In terms of connectivity, the new Hisense U6G QLED TVs come with HDMI, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB. These are pretty much the bare minimum standard for the TV market. The similarities end here as different resolutions and display sizes are depending on how much you want to pay.

Hisense U6G Smart TV  series pricing in India
