Redmi will officially unveil its latest flagship series, Redmi Note 11 series on October 28th in China. Since the official announcement of the launch date, there have been multiple official reports regarding this device. Earlier today, the company confirmed that this smartphone will use an AMOLED display. This will be the first AMOLED display smartphone in the Redmi Note series. Now, Redmi’s general manager, Lu Weibing has revealed more information regarding this smartphone.
According to him, this device will use a Samsung AMOLED display with a diamond arrangement. Lu Weibing said that “…its pixel arrangement is more scientific. When reading, the edges of text are sharp and the colours of movies are more layered”.
The diamond arrangement is an OLED screen pixel arrangement designed by Samsung after improving on the traditional Pentile arrangement. OLED screens using diamond arrangement have four-pixel points on the pixels as a group. Each pixel group is arranged in a diamond shape. This is the main reason why this pixel arrangement is called a diamond arrangement. The diamond arrangement is more scientific than the traditional Pentile arrangement, RGBW arrangement, and other pixel arrangements. This arrangement effectively improves the equivalent PPI of the screen. The preferred choice for many hardware manufacturers and tech-inclined consumers is the diamond arrangement.

Redmi Note 11 series is very attractive
Judging from the available information so far, the Redmi Note 11 display will support a 120Hz refresh rate. This display will also support a 360Hz touch sampling rate. This means that the Redmi Note 11 series will offer players a faster and more accurate display. Also, its response speed to games will also be quite good. Furthermore, the punch-hole on the front of this device is also quite good. Redmi only reserved a 2.9mm aperture for the selfie shooter. This ensures that the user will not block the camera in daily use. It also gives the device a premium appearance.
In addition, Redmi Note 11 will also support 360° light sensing and a DCI-P3 wide colour gamut. This enables the Redmi Note 11 to maintain appropriate brightness and excellent colour reproduction under different lighting conditions and usage scenarios. With such an excellent screen, JBL dual speakers, long battery life, and a “maverick” straight-edge design, the Redmi Note 11 will be a “Little King Kong” worth looking forward to.
According to reports, this series will have three models. It will have the Redmi Note 11, Note 11 Pro, and Note 11 Pro+. These smartphones apart from the Pro+ model are already on appointment at Jingdong Mall.
