Redmi recently unveiled the Note 11 series, but a product that got overlooked was the Redmi Watch 2, which launched alongside the new Note.
This new smartwatch comes as the successor to the original Redmi Watch, bringing with it a larger AMOLED display in comparison to the LCD one on its predecessor. The Redmi Watch 2 claims to offer around 12 days of battery life.
Redmi Watch 2: Pricing, Availability
The Redmi Watch 2 will be available to users in China in three dial colours, namely Black, Blue and Ivory, starting November 11. The strap options will include Olive, Brown and Pink.
Pricing and Availability in foreign markets, including the likes of India is not known as of now, but knowing Redmi, its new smartwatch will definitely make its way to India.
The Redmi Watch 2 makes use of a 1.6-inch AMOLED display with a screen-to-body ratio of 63.7%. The watch features thin bezels that make for a better viewing experience. Users will get 100 different watch faces and support for always-on-display or AOD as well.
To add to this new display, the Redmi Watch 2 also comes with multiple new sensors that make exercise and tracking a breeze, with the key ones being 24/7 heart rate monitor, blood oxygen saturation or SpO2 monitor and sleep analysis. GPS, GLONASS for tacking and outdoor workouts is also present.

The company is offering a whopping 117 fitness modes on the new Redmi Watch 2, 17 of which are professional workouts. NFC support is also there.
At the heart of the new Redmi Watch 2 is a new low-power consumption chip, which when coupled with a new algorithm for battery management allows for 12 days of battery life. The smartwatch comes with a magnetic charger in the box and has a water resistance rating of 5ATM.
In other news, this afternoon, Redmi officially held a launch event where it unveiled the Redmi Note 11 series. The company first announced the Redmi Note 11 and this device is now on 11.11. pre-sale.
The first official sale of this smartphone will take place on November 1st. Talking about the price that everyone cares about, the Redmi Note 11 has a 1,199 yuan ($187) starting price.
The Redmi Note 11 5G is currently available in three colour options including Mysterious Black, Milky Way Blue, and Mint Green colours. Like we said earlier, this smartphone is already available on pre-sale.
Users who will participate in the pre-sale with 100 yuan can get up to a 300 yuan discount. Unfortunately, this device is only available in China for now. Nevertheless, the company will probably release this device globally at a later date.
