Infinix Note 11 With MediaTek Helio G88 Announced, Dec. Launch Likely

After floating the rumor mill for a long time, the Infinix Note 11 has gone official with an array of sufficiently good specifications. Last month, the Infinix Note 11 series arrived in the global markets. The lineup includes the Note 11 and Note 11 Pro smartphones. While the Hong Kong-based smartphone company divulged some key details about the Note 11 Pro, it kept information about the vanilla Note 11 under the wraps at the time.

Now, Infinix has unveiled the vanilla Note 11 smartphone, revealing the affordable smartphone’s specifications and features. For optics, the smartphone houses three rear-mounted cameras. Aside from that, that handset delivers an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 91 percent. While nothing is set in stone yet, MySmartPrice suggests that the vanilla variant could launch in December in India. The phone will succeed the well-received vanilla Note 10, which went official in India in June.

The Note 11 smartphone sports a mammoth 6.7-inch AMOLED display that offers a Full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) resolution. Furthermore, the phone features a water-drop notch display that delivers an impressive peak brightness of 650 nits. The Note 11 packs a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC under the hood. This will be a notable upgrade over the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. Moreover, the phone will be available in two storage configurations.

Consumers will be able to get their hands on a 4GB RAM+64GB storage model. Alternatively, those who fancy using a more power-packed device can go for the larger 6GB RAM option. This variant ships with a hearty 128GB of onboard storage capacity. Aside from that, Infinix will be offering users an option to expand the built-in storage via a microSD card slot. As mentioned, the phone’s back panel houses three cameras. The rectangular rear camera module includes a 50MP main camera that has an aperture of f/1.6.

Aside from that, the rear camera setup houses a 2MP portrait lens, as well as an AI lens. In addition to the aforesaid cameras, the camera module has an LED flash. Upfront, the phone features a 16MP selfie camera that also comes in handy during video calls. A robust 5000 mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging will be powering up the Infinix Note 11 smartphone. The fingerprint scanner is available on the side. For additional security, the phone supports Face Unlock. Furthermore, you can choose between Celestial Snow, Graphite Black, and Glacier Green color options.

Price & Availability

Infinix could launch the Note 11 smartphone in December this year. However, details about the price tag it will be carrying are still scarce. The specifications suggest that the phone could retail for around INR 12,000 when it goes official in India next month.
