Chinese smartphone brand Vivo made its smartwatch debut via the Vivo Watch and it seems that the company is getting ready to try its hand at the popular branch of technology once more, with the Vivo Watch 2.
Prior to any official announcement from the company, details in relation to the smartwatch has been leaked online, with ithome reporting that the images of the Vivo Watch 2 have been leaked via the Vivo Sports Health app to provide a look into the design of the smartwatch.
The image reveals that the design is similar to the original Vivo Watch. This news comes after a spotting on the TENAA certification site, which gave us insight on the key specifications of the upcoming smartwatch.
What Do We Know About the Vivo Watch 2?
The Vivo Watch 2 will feature an OLED screen with a round dial with a higher than usual screen-to-body ratio. The body will likely be a 46mm one, going up from the 42mm variant which was subject to less than ideal battery life due to the 226 mAh battery on the original Vivo Watch.
In terms of other specifications, reports suggest that the Vivo Watch 2 will pack in a 501 mAh battery in comparison to the 476 mAh battery on the larger Vivo Watch. Triple-SIM eSim connectivity with eUICC chips is also expected, with reports suggesting support for a voice assistant and Bluetooth 5.1.
