OnePlus 10 Pro design renders reveal a new quad-camera design

OnePlus 10 Pro

The OnePlus 9 series will come much earlier than usual this year, and the OnePlus 10 series should arrive a little bit earlier. The whole fact that OnePlus has not brought a new T-series flagship this year corroborates with these rumors. The rumor mill is suggesting the OnePlus 10 release sometime in January or February 2022. Interestingly, the first leaks are starting to emerge for the upcoming devices. Today, a set of leaked renders have been revealed by tipster OnLeaks in partnership with Zouton. According to the leaked renders, the new OnePlus 10 Pro is coming with a brand new camera design.

The new leaked renders suggest that the Galaxy S21 Ultra has been drawing OnePlus’ attention in terms of design. The new handset will pack a square-shaped camera module that blends into the frame from the side, leaving some room at the top. The module itself houses a triple-camera setup with an LED flash. OnLeaks’ design renders of the 10 Pro further suggest that the device will launch in three colorways – Black, White, and Light Blue.

At the front, the smartphone will pack a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display. It has a punch-hole that sits at the top left corner of the screen. The device measures 163.0 x 73.8 x 8.5 mm. The alert slider and power button are on the right edge, making room for the volume rocker on the left. The USB Type-C port is sandwiched between the speaker grille and the SIM tray at the bottom edge.

OnePlus 10 Pro alleged specifications

In terms of specifications, the OnePlus 10 Pro may come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 SoC. The new chipset will arrive sometime in the next month. In addition to the new 4 nm flagship processor, the device should come with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of Internal Storage. Of course, this is mere speculation at this point. The device may bring a large 5,000 mAh battery with 65 W fast charging. However, recent rumors suggest that for the first time, the OnePlus will bring a 125 W fast-charging smartphone. The company can borrow the technology that will be presented by Realme and Oppo’s upcoming flagships. The OnePlus 10 Pro may also introduce a new unified OS, which is being co-developed with Oppo.
