The American telecommunications giant unveiled the Moto Tab G20 not too long ago. Still riding high on the success of the Tab G20, Motorola is gearing up for the launch of a new G-series tablet, dubbed the Moto Tab G70. To recall, the Moto Tab G20 went up for pre-orders in India via Flipkart on October 2.
Now, it looks like a Moto Tab G20 successor will be going official soon. However, it is worth mentioning here that Motorola is still mum on its plan to launch a new tablet with the Moto Tab G70 moniker. Nevertheless, the purported tablet has been making the rounds online lately. Aside from that, the device has been spotted on some certifications websites with key specs. Earlier this week, the Moto Tab G70 made its appearance on Google Play Console, revealing some vital pieces of information.

Aside from divulging some important details about the alleged Moto Tab G70 tablet, the Geekbench and the Google Play Console listings also hint at an imminent launch. Moreover, the recently spotted Geekbench database listing shows what the Moto Tab G70 has in store for Motorola fans. The Google Play Console listing includes a picture of the purported tablet. The device seems to have noticeable bezels on all corners. Moreover, it suggests that the tablet will offer a landscape orientation.

In other words, the end product could turn out to be completely different in terms of outward appearance. The Moto Tab G70 could pack an octa-core MediaTek Kompanio 500 (MT8183) under the hood. However, Motorola has neither confirmed nor denied these speculations.

However, it is worth noting that GPC listings do not always get the processor details right. Furthermore, the tablet is likely to ship with 4GB of RAM, and run Android 11 OS out of the box.
