Samsung Galaxy A13 4G smartphone’s production has reportedly started in India, hinting at its imminent launch in the country. A new smartphone will be gracing Samsung’s well-received A series soon. This entry-level smartphone will be carrying the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G moniker. Regrettably, the South Korean tech company is still mum on its plan to launch the handset in India. However, it looks like the Galaxy A13 5G could be hitting the store shelves in the country early next year.
Also, it is likely to be the most affordable 5G-ready handset from Samsung. Earlier this month, noted leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer shared a few Samsung Galaxy A13 5G renders in collaboration with Zouton. The leaked images revealed the phone’s rear camera setup, display, and more. The phone passed through Bluetooth SIG certification earlier this year, revealing four model numbers for different regions. Now, industry insiders have confirmed to 91mobiles that Samsung is hard at works on a 4G variant of the Galaxy A13.
Samsung Starts Galaxy A13 4G Production
The South Korean smartphone manufacturer will be unveiling the Galaxy A13 before this year ends or in early 2022. The phone will be available in a 4G-ready, as well as a 5G-enabled model. According to industry sources, the initial production of the Galaxy A13 4G has already kicked off in India. Furthermore, the sources claim that the production of the aforesaid smartphone has been started in the company’s Greater Noida factory.

However, the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G smartphone will reportedly sport a 6.48-inch LCD panel that offers an FHD+ resolution and sports a waterdrop notch. Moreover, the phone will probably pack a Mediatek Dimensity 700 chipset under the hood. It could ship with 4GB/6GB RAM and offer 64GB/128GB of onboard storage.
Furthermore, the smartphone’s triple rear camera setup is likely to comprise a 50MP primary camera, a 5MP ultrawide camera, as well as a 2MP depth sensor.
