At the moment, the camera under the display was available in Xiaomi Mi Mix 4; which is only available in the Chinese market.
Another suggestion is that the Xiaomi 12 Pro may be equipped with a piezoelectric speaker. True, the resource does not guarantee that its conclusions are correct and they cannot be broadcast as reliable. These are just assumptions made on the basis of videos; and here they could take an abstract smartphone as a basis.
