Aside from that, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has divulged other vital pieces of information about the upcoming phone.
For instance, Realme has confirmed that the phone will support 360-degree NFC, house a 150-degree ultra-wide-angle lens and adopt an appealing paper-like design. Aside from that, the phone’s operating system, memory and processor have also been tipped before launch. In a more recent development, the Realme GT 2 Pro has arrived on TENAA certification and geekbench database, confirming earlier leaks.
Realme GT 2 Pro Appears On Geekbench Database
A Realme device carrying model number RMX3300 has made an appearance on the Geekbench database. The aforesaid model number reportedly belongs to the GT 2 Pro smartphone. According to the listing, the handset will ship with 12GB of RAM. Aside from that, it suggests that the phone will run Android 12 out of the box with Realme UI 3.0 on top. Furthermore, the geekbench listing reveals that the phone will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC under the hood. This processor is built using a 4nm fabrication process amd it delivers a clock speed of up to 3GHz.
Furthermore, the listing confirms that one of the processor’s cores run at 3GHz. There are three other cores that run at 2.5GHz. Moreover, the processor has four efficiency cores that run at 1.79GHz. In terms of scores, the Realme GT 2 Pro secured 1264 and 3520 in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.

The upcoming Realme GT 2 Pro has been listed on the TENAA certification website before it goes official. The device has already passed through 3C certification website. To recall, Realme showed off the GT 2 Pro Master Edition design earlier this week. The Realme GT 2 series is slated to launch on January 4. However, 91mobiles has spotted the Realme GT 2 Pro in a TENAA listing ahead of launch. The Realme phone carries model number RMX3300. Aside from the model number, the TENAA listing has divulged key specifications of the upcoming handset.
The Realme GT 2 Pro will sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that offers a Quad-HD + resolution and a screen refresh rate of 120Hz. Furthermore, the phone will draw its juices from a 5,000mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging. However, this information does not align with earlier reports that suggested the phone will support 125W charging. For optics, the phone will house a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor with 150-degree FoV. In addition to that, there will be a 2MP sensor. Moreover, the phone will be available in two memory configurations including 8GB and 12GB.
Likewise, the phone will ship with 512GB, 256GB, and 128GB onboard storage options. Aside from that, the GT 2 Pro will come with an in-display fingerprint scanner. The device will be 8.2 mm thick and weigh 199 grams. Further, the phone will be available in four color options.
