Tecno Spark 8 Pro smartphone’s India launch could be right around the corner, as vital information about the upcoming phone has been revealed. Last week, the Shenzhen-based mobile phone manufacturer brought the Tecno Camon 18 into the Indian market. Likewise, it launched the Tecno Spark 8 Pro smartphone in Bangladesh back in November. Now, the brand is already teasing the imminent India launch of the Spark 8 Pro.

Taking to its official Twitter account on December 26, Tecno Mobile shared a Tecno Spark 8 Pro teaser. Aside from that, the brand revealed that the Spark 8 Pro will be available exclusively via Amazon. Aside from that, the tweet shed light on a key detail about the upcoming handset’s camera. It confirmed that the phone will house a 48MP shooter.

Since the phone has already gone official in Bangladesh, details about the price tag it could carry and what it is likely to offer aren’t a mystery. Furthermore, the official teaser gives us a glimpse of the phone’s design.

The Spark 8 Pro sports a 6.8-inch display that delivers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 × 2460 pixels. Moreover, the screen has a punch-hole notch that houses the front-facing camera. Under the hood, the Spark 8 Pro packs a sufficiently good octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 chipset. This processor is built on a 12nm fabrication process. Aside from that, the phone will come with a competent Mali G52 GPU. This graphics processor powers mid-range devices like the Redmi Note 9, Realme Narzo 50A, Infinix Note 11i, and more.

In the photography department, Spark 8 Pro houses three rear-mounted cameras, along with an LED flash. The triple camera setup includes a 48MP main sensor, a 2MP camera, and an AI lens. Furthermore, the phone comes with Super Night Mode 2.0 support. The front panel has an 8MP snapper for capturing selfies and video calling. Furthermore, the Spark 8 Pro will use a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging to draw its juices. The phone comes with a USB Type-C charging port.

The Tecno Spark 8 Pro phone’s landing page has gone live on Amazon India. The 6GB RAM+64GB storage model will set you back BDT 16,990 (about INR 14,700) in Bangladesh. The same model could retail for around INR 15,000 in India.
