The much-awaited Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone’s official-looking design renders, color variants, and real images have surfaced online. The Xiaomi 12 series smartphones’ launch is right around the corner. The word on the street is that the Chinese tech giant will be unveiling two other devices at the impending Xiaomi 12 event. These reportedly include the Xiaomi 12 Pro and the 12X phones. The vanilla model, as well as the 12X, has been subject to several leaks in the past.
Now, a new report by Xiaomiui has shed light on the Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone’s full specifications. Aside from that, the report includes official marketing images of the upcoming handset. The Xiaomi 12 Pro is likely to come in four color options, including Green, Pink, Blue, and Black.

If the Xiaomi 12 Pro smartphone’s leaked design renders are anything to go by, the upcoming phone’s outward appearance will be similar to the vanilla model. Moreover, the phone’s rear panel seems to house a rectangular camera module. This rear-mounted camera setup will include three cameras. There is a large circular cutout and two smaller circular cutouts. Furthermore, the camera module includes the LED flash. According to Xiaomiui, the phone will come with a 50MP Sony IMX707 1/1.28 main camera.

In addition to that, the Xiaomi 12 Pro will reportedly feature a 50MP Samsung S5KJN1 telephoto camera, as well as a 50MP S5KJN1 Ultra-Wide, 115-degree ultrawide camera at the back. Upfront, the phone will have a selfie camera. Aside from that, the front panel will include a 6.73-inch 2K AMOLED display with a resolution of 3200×1440 pixels. Moreover, the phone’s LTPO panel enables it to toggle between 1Hz and 120Hz refresh rates. Also, the top center of the screen has a hole-punch cutout to accommodate the front shooter. Also, the phone’s display has curved sides.
Under the hood, the phone will reportedly pack a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. A robust 4600 mAh battery with 120W wired charging support will be powering up the entire system. However, the phone is also likely to support 10W reverse charging and 50W wireless charging. Regrettably, the report does not divulge details about the handset’s memory and storage configuration. To recall, earlier leaks suggest that it will ship with up to 12GB of RAM and offer 256GB of onboard storage capacity. Other key details about the smartphone will surface in the coming days. The Xiaomi 12 series smartphones are set to launch in China on December 28.
