Samsung To Unleash Exynos 2200 Later This Month Or In Early February

Samsung has originally scheduled to release the next-generation Exynos processor on January 11. The company not only canceled its plans but also removed the official tweet. This caused a lot of stir on the net. Not accidentally, many users think Samsung has canceled the Exynos 2200.

Dohyun Kim revealed that the Samsung Galaxy S22 series will have only one version in select regions and markets that include North America, Europe, the Middle East. Samsung Exynos 2200 Parameters

Prior to this, we heard too much about Samsung’s self-developed Exynos 2200 processor. The leaked info showed that the CPU adopts a 1+3+4 core design. The super core has a clock speed of 2.52GHz, the large core clocks at 2.50GHz, and the small core’s frequency is 1.73GHz. The CPU part of the chip will use the ARM v9 architecture. The SoC will also integrate the AMD RDNA 2 architecture core display. The graphics performance is expected to be equal to that of the Apple A15 chip, with 384 stream processors and a frequency of up to 1.31GHz.

According to BusinessKorea, the Exynos 2200’s GPU is developed by AMD and adopts the latest RDNA2 architecture. Previously, Samsung Electronics used Arm’s Mali GPU with low power consumption as the design goal for the Exynos chip. But technical experts pointed out that its performance is better than that of Qualcomm’s Adreno.
